In June 2022 I set the Official Guinness Book of Records World Record for the largest gathering of merfolk ( as published in the Guinness Book of Records ).

378 merfolk gathered at Tinside Lido in Plymouth. Mermaids, Mermen and Merkids – all wrangled together by a posse of pirates to keep them in order so that the Official record could be set.

The sun shone and even the Royal Navy came past with a few frigates to make a superb day out 🙂
